What do you like best about coaching?
I enjoy helping people experience the reality that God not only desires to see us grow but is more than able to help us grow.
What do you do to recharge on your day off?
Spending time in nature is always a joy, as well as reading or listening to a book, and making a yummy mess in the kitchen.
Why did you choose to do coaching?
I had two main reasons for getting into coaching. First, I wanted to learn how to ask better questions. Second, I wanted to develop a practical skill that would equip me to be of service to vulnerable youth one day.
What are your three favorite things?
1) Eating a pastry with a book on my lap and gazing out a train window while traveling to explore a city in Germany or Austria
1.5) Landing at the airport in Tegucigalpa, Honduras, knowing that I’m going to eat baleadas with old friends
2) When God gives me a sudden burst of creative inspiration to write a new hymn tune
3) I love God and the quiet time we have in the morning before the rush of life begins
