What leads you to be a coach?
As a missionary I have been invited into other people’s lives, sometimes extremely painful lives…and I have had the privilege on numerous occasions to be an intimate part of another person’s healing journey. I too have experienced both highs and lows along the way, so I deeply understand the great relief that can be found in “a multitude of counselors,” and more importantly through a saving relationship with my Savior. Both have been humbling experiences, and definitely a driving motivation to see more souls experiencing healing and freedom through the Master Physician and Healer, Jesus Christ.
What do you like best about it?
I love helping others find their way back to a balanced life and better health (including spiritual, physical and emotional). I am amazed at how many infinite ways God has to bring people into restoration!
How do you recharge on your day off?
I enjoy going hiking, biking or anything adventurous with my family. I also find gardening and “playing in the dirt” extremely refreshing. And on the rare occasions that I have a few moments to myself, I recharge best with a walk outside praying, and talking with my best friend, and my Creator. When time allows I also love to write, specifically devotionals.
What are your favorite things?
I love spending time in God’s Word learning more about Him; flowers in bloom; birds of every kind; and a beautiful sunrise. Basically…I love anything that reflects the Savior and His love towards me.
