What leads you to be a life coach?
In my journey, I’ve experienced exciting highs and shattering lows. What carried me through every experience has been the glimpses of Jesus I see through those who invest in my best good along the way. I long to give the same gift to others who are seeking growth and healing from their wounds.
What do you like best about it?
Hearing someone’s “aha!” moments, when some new emotional concept clicks into place and they realize God is changing them from the inside out.
How do you recharge on your day off?
Sleep! And books, and quality time with my precious kiddos…
What are your three favorite things?
My Jesus, my children, the mountains.
