Why did you choose to move into coaching?
For the last 30 years, I have worked with leaders and pastors in over 50 countries, assisting them in the personal growth.

What do you like best about coaching?
Coaching helps individuals think through difficulties more thoroughly, arriving at their own solutions. Using insights from the field of neuroscience assists individuals to create new patterns of thought and new habits, enabling them to live more effective and fulfilling lives.

How do you recharge on your day off?
Exercise is a wonderful way for me to recharge. I attempt to incorporate that into my daily rhythms. Playing with my grandchildren is also a great recharge.

What are you three favorite things?
Music, writing, and studying.
