What leads you to be a coach?
When I was in college, I counseled a married couple in their home. I left their home in somewhat of a daze. I was studying theology, but realized I really had a passion and gift for counseling people and guiding them through relationship challenges. For more than 20 years now, my heart has been burdened to see so much pain and brokenness in the families I have helped. I have a deep burden to help families break dysfunctional cycles and establish healthy ones for generations to come.
What do you like best about coaching?
Helping people discover healthy new patterns of relating to one another, that brings healing, wholeness and abundance of joy!
How do you recharge on your days off?
I really enjoy reading any book on emotional health and well-being. I also enjoy exercising, spending time with my family, and watching inspiring TV shows that give back to the community.
