What leads you to be a coach?
At some point, everybody has felt hopeless, confused, anxious and a plethora of other difficult to process emotions. The Bible says, “…in the multitude of counselors, there is safety” (Prov. 11:14). As a follower of Jesus, I truly believe that God-centered coaching can be a life changing experience!
How do you recharge on your days off?
I exercise, clean my house, cook for my family and friends, and do some watercolor paintings. I love spending time with my husband and I am always trying new sourdough recipes! Let me know if you want a starter 😉
What are your three favorite things?
I love Jesus and spending time in the Word. I really love making my home or anyone’s home warm and beautiful (decorating, doing DIYs, cleaning etc.). I am an avid plant mama.
