Sherry-Lynne Bredy, MHS, OTR/L, worked in occupational therapy specializing in neurological disorders for 20 years. During those years she saw a need for addressing the mental stresses and anxieties that come with having a neurological disorder. Then her desire to help people live happier holistic lives led her to become a medical missionary and a certified holistic nutritionist and a life coach. Sherry-Lynne is also completing her Master’s in Biblical Counseling this year. These trainings have helped her become a well-rounded coach addressing all aspects of the physical, mental/emotional, and spiritual being that God created man to be.

What do you like best about coaching?

I love getting to know people and their personal context, helping find solutions that will improve their wellbeing. I like to focus on people instead of paperwork!

Why choose coaching?

I believe Jesus was a life coach and I want to follow His pattern. I believe God gave me the gift of encouragement and I love to see people grow towards what God instilled in them to be.

How do you recharge on your day off?

I recharge best talking to God while walking on the beach early in the morning. At home I love to cook, care for my plants, and spend time with my husband.

What are your three favorite things?

Exploring national parks, time with friends and family, and crafting.
